I took my car to Midway Chevrolet to have an oil change and tire rotation after having a bad experience at another dealer. They also did a complete check up and found a filthy cabin filter. I was very pleased with the service department. I liked the fact that when I drove in to the service department they had my appointment on an electronic board and I got in right away. All the employees that I talked to were very friendly. Midway Chevrolet is my go to place from here on!

I was pleased that I was able to get my pickup in for service in a timely manner. The service was fast and professional. The only negative thing I have to say about the experience is that my seat and steering wheel were not in the position I had them in before I came in.

From the time I drove into the service area they were very friendly and professional. What a great experience I came in for an oil change and they found a recall that had not been done and as explained that I had an intermittent shift concern they reviewed and corrected the problem with an utmost efficiency

Called for an appointment was treated very pleasantly, Received the appointment, in just 1 day. When I arrived the service rep. was on hand to check me in. The procedure took less time that I expected. Was very well treated by everyone that was involved in the service work I had done.
I arrived early & there was a courtesy car waiting for me to take to me to work. Then when my car was ready after being serviced, I called the courtesy driver & he came right away to pick me up & take me back to the dealership to get my car. Can't get any better than that.... courtesy all the way for their customers.

This was our first service on our 2019 Equinox. We chose Midway, even though we had purchased the car in Arizona. Midway has done our service in the past. We have always been well satisfied and appreciate the services. Also, appreciate the friendly welcome!
The Midway service team told me that they did several tests on my A/C unit and everything tested out correctly. They are always professional and very accommodating.
My power window would not go back up, and it was supposed to rain. Of course it happened at 4:30 in the afternoon. They were awesome and fit me in before they closed at 5:00. It was a bad switch and they had one in stock. I had my car back in no time at all.
The staff at Midway were great to work with on my new purchase of my 2019 GMC Sierra. Not only did I get a fair price for my trade in, I also got a great deal on my new truck. We have taken our vehicles into Midway to get them serviced many times. Their Customer Service is wonderful! Everyone is friendly, helpful and honest. We never feel like we are getting ripped off and they always try to price match if possible. I honestly don't mind paying a little more though for the better service. Their waiting room is nice, but we love the fact that we can either get a ride from their shuttle service or get a courtesy vehicle to drive while ours is getting fixed!!
They made sure my car was fixed right and loaned me a quality vehicle until parts arrived and repairs were made. Its been over a month now and the car is running great and performing as expected.

All the employees I interacted with were courteous and efficient. the waiting area was very comfortable though I was only able to be there a short time due to their speedy work!

I called the salesman Matthew Wicht who was as amazing with this problem as he was when he sold us the vehicle. He got us right in and we had a loaner vechicle. The service department fix our Yukon right way and we had it back in a day. They explained they problem and were very pleasant and examined everything! The salesman was so professional looking (wearing a SUIT) I thought those times of professional dresses people was over. The sales guy was great at his job! He made my experience very easy. The only problem I had was in the finance department. Things were a little confusing and everything could have been explained better, especially for people buying their first car.

The Sevice Department staff was very personable, well trained, knowledgeable, and efficient from the time I made my appointment to completion of the desired service. The interior drop-off/pick-up lanes, the counters, and the waiting/TV lounge were well organized, comfortable, and very clean. My request for service was expedited quickly. In addition, maintenance recommendations were discussed in accordance to mileage on my car once at the dealership. I was traveling to Utah from Mpls.. Stopped in Kearney for the night, when my power steering pump blow out. Midway Chev was a 1/2 mile from my hotel I was at Midway chef at 7:30am the next morning. They confirmed the problem, and had me back on the road by 9:30am. Made it to Utah on time. The guys in the service dept. at Midway Chev are Awesome.
I was due for a periodic oil change and tire rotation. Jeff was my service representative. He was personable and professional in setting up my appointment and discussing the outcome with me. He went over the summary sheet and told me that my Cadillac was in excellent condition. That made me feel good!
I just bought my car in August and took it in for my first oil change. I arrived 20 minutes early and they still got my car in right away. The gentleman I dealt with was very nice and courteous.

One great feature of the Midway service department is they can look up all previous maintenance records which helps me perform preventive maintenance. I thought it had been quite a while since a battery had been installed in my vehicle. They were able to look up the date of the battery's installation and the one in the vehicle had long passed it's projected life span so I replaced it. The appointment was at my convenience and the work was quickly completed.
We had a unhappy experience at Midway some years ago. Now there is new management, and an improved building. We were fortunate to be paired up with a personable, informative sales person we could relate well to, which made it a pleasant experience. We came to consider trading for another Terrain or Equinox -- and left with a smaller more affordable Buick Encore. I think this was the best choice for us at this point in time. The sales manager and salesman worked with us to overcome hurdles and make this purchase possible.
mysteriously batteries in both remotes failed at the same time. I thought there was a problem with the car, as I had to use the "My Cadillac" app on my phone to unlock the doors to enter the vehicle. With the remote fob in the pocket of the vehicle, I was able to at least start the car to get it to the dealership. My description initially stumped the technician, but later, the technicians determined that the batteries were in fact dead.
VERY HELPFUL, FRIENDLY, AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. I recently purchased a 2017 GMC YUKON from Midway and needed flaps and a hood protector. These guys showed me what was available and let me see pictures on their computer.

They do quality work with all parts of servicing. I received a tire rotation and oil change on my visit to Midway dealership. I also like that they allowed me to receive a free car wash as well.

Serviceman Jeremy was so helpful and compassionate. Needed to be at Mayo Clinic on the 18th. It was a Friday afternoon and everyone treated us so kindly and solved and worked on our problem. We had our car back Friday evening and continued our journey Saturday morning.
Took car in because I had a slow leak. Tire could not be fixed so service department took care if contacting road hazard insurance and getting my tire replaced.
My car was not done after I got off work. They gave me a loaner. Was done the next day. Willing to do whatever they can to help you out and get your vehicle repaired.

The service was good and quick. I had an emergency come up the morning that they were working on it and they sent a person out to my work to pick me up and they were done with it when I got there. They also picked up my pick up from work and I am very satisfied with the work that was done. When it comes to electrical fixes, I know who to count on.
Wonderful group of people who went well above and beyond the call of duty in serving us during a difficult time while vacationing. Our car broke down just outside of Kearney, Ne. on the 1st leg of our vacation to Oregon. Called AAA for tow etc. The locale towing service took my car to their garage to be checked out the next morning. This honest establishment found the problem and told me it was a warranty job and that they would take it to Midway to be fixed. The Midway people went out of their way to get us back ...

My schedule was for oil change and see why check engine lite was on they came in and told me the fuel vent was plugged they have had problems with it before why isn't it a recall instead of charging customers I was late for dr appointment cause I had to use one of there vehicles and they charged me mileage
I enjoy getting my car serviced since they have remodeled their building. It's very classy now! I appreciate going through the garage doors that open when you drive up and you don't have to get out of your car to let them know you are there. They come out and greet you and take your car away.
